You play not only for yourself: everyone in the team has teammates, and everyone must submit a piece. The strongest raise the average, but a “weak link” cannot hide — discipline across the whole team matters.
Team play is about agreements: aligning deadlines, discussing light and shooting rhythm, supporting those who find it harder. Allies see each other’s names and Telegram profiles so they can write in a couple of taps.

Teams must be equal in size and have a name. We recommend 2–5 artists per team: the average is steadier and it is easier to coordinate.
The roster and team membership are public. During judging, the current photo is not linked to its author or team; private teammate contact tools are unavailable to judges.
