For judges

Review the technique.Help a fellow artist.

Judging in PMU Quest trains your eye and serves the community: you score anonymous works on three criteria, leave useful comments and earn a judge certificate.

How to judge

  1. Apply

Choose an event and apply as a judge; the organizer confirms an independent panel (at least two judges are needed).

  2. Score blind

You see approved photos of the current round and your own scores — no author account, video or internal notes. The codeword on the latex remains in the photo and is not published separately.

  3. Three criteria

Technique, pigment evenness, care for the latex: a whole number from 1 to 10 and a meaningful comment.

  4. Earn a certificate

When all assigned works are scored in a completed event, you receive a judge certificate.

Impartiality

A judge cannot be a participant or organizer of the same event. Only the current work-to-author mapping stays blind until completion; rosters, judging panels and opted-in public profiles remain visible.

  • Technique: 1–10
  • Pigment evenness: 1–10
  • Care for the latex: 1–10
